Team building through bread making
|
How effectively does
your team work together? Is everyone clear what they should
be doing and why, and is everyone well-motivated? How are
decisions made, how is work delegated, and how does the team
learn as a whole and apply this to each new task?
Or perhaps you have
a specific need such as accelerating the formation of a new
team, re-motivating or refreshing an existing team, or addressing
conflict?
|
|
The workshop:
Whatever your need, we can build a workshop around you. It may
be as simple as having a great day out together, learning a
new skill.
Or we can design a longer workshop where
your team will work together
to plan, bake and deliver quality bread to a top restaurant.
As well as having enormous fun, you will learn to recognise
your own teams dynamics and understand how to work together
better.
|
 |
The outcomes:
Overall, the team can expect to get a better
understanding of the complex dynamics of team working, and
will begin to recognise patterns which can introduce conflict
or de-motivate in other ways. Individually, team members will
learn to consider the effect of their own working styles on
others, and how to respect the different skills, values and
aptitudes of their colleagues.
Effective teams can increase productivity,
quality of work and output, efficiency, effectiveness and
also staff retention. This workshop will be both a catalyst
and a learning opportunity so that the team begins to plan
better, work together better, and perform better.
