Wild Yeast Bakery Terms and Conditions

Wild Yeast Bakery is offers online sales of bread courses and bread equipment.

This Terms of Use Agreement ("Agreement") sets forth the legally binding terms for your use of the Wild Yeast Bakery. By agreeing to these terms, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. By making a purchase it is deemed that you have read and agree to this Agreement.

Information posted.
Wild Yeast Bakery will maintain accurate and non-objectionable subject matter. If you become aware of misuse of the Wild Yeast Bakery, please contact us.

Eligibility.
By using Wild Yeast Bakery, you represent and warrant that (a) all registration information you submit is truthful and accurate; (b) you will maintain the accuracy of such information; (c) you are 16 years of age or older; and (d) your use of Wild Yeast Bakery does not violate any applicable law or regulation.

Term.
This Agreement shall remain in full force and effect while you use or are in communication with Wild Yeast Bakery.

Charges and other sale information.
All charges will be evident in the process of use of the site, and at the checkout, you will be given the following information:
(i) the identity of the vendor and contact details;
(ii) a description of the goods ordered including price per unit, number of units, and total price including all taxes or other charges;
(iii) delivery costs where appropriate;
Payment is by credit card via our card processing partner. Your order will only be processed if your card is authorised.

Order information.
Once orders have been completed and paid for, an email will be sent to the customer to confirm the order and despatch day for delivery. Wild Yeast Bakery will relay this information to you via email within one working day of the order being made; "working days" means all days other than Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

Proprietary Rights in Content on Wild Yeast Bakery
The Wild Yeast Bakery website is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws, and Wild Yeast Bakery owns and retains all rights in Wild Yeast Bakery services.You may not copy, modify, translate, publish, broadcast, transmit, distribute, perform, display, or sell any Content appearing on or through the Wild Yeast Bakery website.

Privacy.
Use of the Wild Yeast Bakery website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by this reference. We will not pass on your registration details to any other party.

Non-availability of goods.
Where the we are unable to supply the goods or services ordered by the consumer, a full refund to the value of these items will be made, and shall be re-credited in full by the card issuer.

Returns policy.
If any goods are rejected on grounds of quality or suitability or arrived damaged, the customer may return the goods and a full refund will be issued on receipt. Wild Yeast Bakery will not pay for post and packing. Goods should be returned to : 27 Plasturton Ave, Cardiff CF11 9HL.

Sourdough failure.
If any sourdough culture fails to activate within one week of despatch where the customer has followed activation instructions, it will be replaced at no cost.

Cancellation of course bookings.

Deposits are non-refundable unless bookings are cancelled by email at least two months before the course date.If the booking is cancelled and the deposit refunded, an admin fee of £10 is made (to cover our costs from credit card processor).The refund will be made via direct bank transfer so we will require your bank sort code and account number.

Once the full course fee has been paid it is non-refundable. If you are unable to attend for good reason, eg illness, we will try to accommodate you if we have space left on another course, but this will only be confirmed one week before that day.

Use of gift vouchers.
Gift vouchers are valid for one year from the time of booking. Once a date has been confirmed between Wild Yeast Bakery and the gift recipient, by exchange of emails, any cancellation by the customer will be subject to the same terms as above.

Indemnity and liability.
Wild Yeast Bakery offers a no-quibble guarantee of the quality of goods supplied and their arrival within the time stated. This guarantees and is limited to a full refund for the value of the goods and other charges made at the time of the transaction, subject to the dispute being based on reasonable grounds. Wild Yeast Bakery accepts no liability for the use of equipment by the customer.

Disputes.
If there is any dispute about or involving the Wild Yeast Bakery services, you agree that the dispute shall be governed by the laws of the UK and by Statutory Instrument 2000 No. 2334 - The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
