building through breadmaking,
offer consultancy
to restaurants, and sell
bread books
bannetons
and other baking equipment, and sourdough
cultures.
Our bread is so good, we were
chosen to represent Wales for the St David's day meal
at the House of Commons.
We've been talked about on Radio
Wales and The Food
Programme, written about in The
Guardian,
and have many loyal fans such as first minister Rhodri
Morgan, who called our Cardiff Sourdough 'a work
of art'. We were a UKTV Food
Hero in 2007 and have appeared as a sourdough
expert on Ready Steady Cook
screened in April 08. We
do not take bread orders any longer.
