Our signature white sourdough is slowly fermented over 24 hours and is by far our best-selling product.

Our seeded sourdough is organic and vegan bread made with a sourdough starter and a variety of seeds added for texture and flavor.

Wholemeal Sourdough

A wholemeal sourdough that is bursting with flavours.

Baguettes

Our baguettes take 48 hours to produce because we 'autolyse' our flour, allowing the breakdown of carbohydrates to give a fuller flavour and better crust.

Focaccia

Our focaccia bread is the ideal complement to Italy, lightly infused with aromatic rosemary and sea salt.

What is wild yeast bread?

Wild yeast is used by traditional bakers and is the original method of baking bread. When combined with the fermentation process, it allows the bread to grow and loosen, and uses lactic bacteria to eliminate any carcinogenic compounds from bread.

Sourdough bread is our biggest ally when it comes to preserving our digestive system. Within sourdough you'll find lactic acid bacteria which is extremely human friendly and will improve the bacterial flora in your gastrointestinal tract.
