This Shipton Mill plain white organic flour is made with a perfect blend of a rare single variety of English wheat called Maris Widgeon and a high-quality organic wheat from Europe and is great for baking delicious white bread. Maris Widgeon is an ancient grain, traditionally grown because of the quality of its straw which is prized by thatcher’s. The grain is well suited to sustainable organic farming, and has an excellent quality and flavour.
